Everything was handled professionally and compassionately from initial enquiry to return of ashes, making a difficult time a little easier to navigate. If you don't want any fuss or a big send-off then I would definitely recommend.

As you are no doubt aware the ashes have been safely delivered to me today. I just wished to once again thank you for the kind, caring, professional and proactive service provided in arranging the cremation of our father. As you know it was not the most straightforward route to cremation and I found that on several occasions it was only through your services that the process was joined up and moved along. Words cannot express my thanks for this assistance. I would also say that the funeral director, Mark I believe, who delivered the ashes personally was again very courteous, friendly and professional.
