When the sad time comes for your plans to be put into action, your relative / executor contacts us to arrange payment and cremation.

Be sure to send a copy of these instructions for the attention of the manager at your Care Home too, so that they are aware of your final wishes and that these are carried out for you accurately.

We only take payment once we have been asked to arrange the cremation.
